Prophet's Stone

It is a quartz that has undergone a natural smoothing process over time, flowing for hundreds of years in the bed of a river. The result is a round stone with an opaque and whitish exterior. It is the Ema River in southern Brazil that gives us these mysterious Ema Eggs. These are generally split in half and the flat face is smoothed, thus creating a window inside and where it is believed it is possible to grasp answers and visions. Different types are found, such as rock crystal, rose quartz, amethyst, citrine quartz and smoky quartz.
It is said that Native Americans used these crystals for divinatory practices, observing through the flat face what appeared internally, using the rounded face as a "screen".
So tradition has it that through these stones you can see the past, present and future, a bit like a crystal ball.
Depending on the crystal with which the Ema egg is made it will take on the specific properties of the stones.
